The Ministry of National Defense issued press release to explain relevant matters of the delivery (as from today) of “Notification of the recalculation of the payment of the pension of discharged military personnel” (June 25th, 2018)
The Ministry of National Defense stated today (25th) that the Ministry will start to send “Notification of the recalculation of the payment of the pension of discharged military personnel” as from today, and if any question about the notification letter sent by the Ministry or the Military Command, you can submit the petition letter to the Ministry or the Military Command to apply for petition to the Administrative Yuan or to the Ministry within 30 days from the delivery date. In addition, the Ministry will provide information of brief summarization and Q&A of the annuity reform for inquiry at the website of the Ministry of National Defense and the area of “pension system of in-active-service soldiers“ at the portal of the military website
The Ministry of National Defense pointed out that the Ministry has established military discharge operation system in accordance with the “annuity reform of military personnel”, and adopting rolling correction parameters to adjust the parameter timely according to the modified article of the “Act of Service for Officers And Noncommissioned Officers of the Armed Forces”, and the data of the original discharge payment of the discharged personnel is provided by the expenditure agency and the data is imported into the system for recalculation.
